All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We have been experiencing delays with shipping routes recently due to Covid-19 lockdowns and other related factors so please allow for this to change slightly.

In-store pickup

Currently we are only an online store so we don't have a physical store to collect your orders but we make up for this with great customer support. We aim to get back to your emails and messages within 1 business day.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the given timeframe of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. So please communicate with us that you are sending to a P.O Box so we can check this on your behalf.
