THE FACELIFT GDJ79 DUAL CAB — A NEW GENERATION FAMILY 79

The September 2023 GDJ facelift brought the most significant update to the 79 Series in over a decade. A redesigned front end, new headlight assemblies, updated mirror housings, a refreshed cabin with modern HVAC and infotainment, and the option of a smaller 2.8L 1GD-FTV diesel alongside the carryover 4.5L V8 on some models.

FACELIFT-SPECIFIC DUAL CAB UPGRADES

The GDJ79 dual cab gets a refreshed dash, new HVAC controls, updated infotainment, and new cabin trim, so dash mats, centre consoles, cup holders, and door trims for the facelift differ from the earlier generation. Snorkels, towing mirrors, headlight protectors, bonnet protectors, weather shields, and fender flares are moulded specifically for the facelift body.

SUITS THE GDJ79 V8 AND 2.8L 1GD-FTV DUAL CAB

This collection covers the facelift dual cab in both V8 4.5L 1VD-FTV and 2.8L 1GD-FTV engine variants. Body, mirror, and lamp fitments are shared across both engines, while engine bay accessories like snorkels and exhausts are split by engine code.
