Some 70 Series owners want the full free-flowing aftermarket exhaust note. Others want a deeper note than stock but without the drone on a long highway run. The mufflers and resonators in this collection let you tune the exhaust sound to your preference without compromising flow or fitment. Resonators smooth out the mid-range tones and cancel drone frequencies. Performance mufflers deepen the low end without making the cabin unbearable. Choosing the right combination lets you build the exhaust note you actually want, rather than the loudest possible setup or the quietest possible setup.

409 STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION

Every muffler and resonator in this range is built from 409 grade stainless steel that resists the corrosion mild steel cannot survive on a vehicle running in coastal or outback conditions. Internal packing on the mufflers uses temperature-rated fibreglass and stainless steel mesh that does not pack out and lose its sound-dampening effectiveness over time. The cases are mandrel formed with full-pass internal pipe geometry to maintain flow rates. Inlet and outlet sizing is matched to common 2.5 inch, 3 inch, and 3.5 inch exhaust systems used across the 70 Series range.

BOLT-ON FITMENT WITH STANDARD CONNECTIONS

Each muffler and resonator uses standard pipe connections that bolt into existing aftermarket exhaust systems without welding or fabrication. Inlet and outlet bore sizes are flagged in each listing so you can match the part to your existing exhaust setup. Some variants are offset and some are centred to suit the underbody routing of specific vehicles. Each listing confirms whether the muffler suits the 1HZ 2.5 inch setup, the V8 3 inch or 3.5 inch piping, or the 2.8L DPF-back configuration.
